
I have worked with Autocad since 2007 and never had issues like this until this version but everyone I speak with wants to talk environment, or find a way to say Im doing something to cause it. I am the only one in my office with 2017 and the only one who experiences these issues. I have spent countless hours on the phone with tech support, on go to meetings letting them have control of my system, on forums, websites, help sites blogs and the like. I probably got about 70-80% of them which equaled 72 shut downs. To give you an idea of how often I included a copy of a file I kept for 12 months time where I tried to remember to take a screen shot of all the times it crashed on me. Happens on dwgs I start or on dwgs sent to me by others inside and outside of our company. We even replaced a computer thinking that was the problem, still happens.

We have had my graphics drivers up dated, the card checked and replaced.

There have been long amounts of time, days in a row even, where I cant work or get work done. We've loaded and installed service packs time and again trying to fix the issue. I have had the program repaired, uninstalled, and reinstalled by our professional IT Vendor, ASTI. I had 5 crashes by noon today which sent me on the search that led me here which I have done many times over the last 2 years. I have audited, purged, taken dwgs into clean dwgs as blocks, started dwgs completely over from scratch in case they were corrupted.

Random crashes, meaning happens in any drawing at any time while performing any task.
